Core Publisher: How do I add a text link to my Core Publisher footer?

Setting Up Your Auxiliary Links Footer

Your footer is managed using the Partner Footer and Auxiliary Links Footer tablequeues. The Partner Footer contains all of your partner logos, including your NPR, APM, PRI and BBC affiliations. The Auxiliary Links Footer region is for links to pages on your site (like Employment Listings, EEO, Privacy Policy & Contact Us).

Your Auxiliary Links Footer is managed using a tablequeue. To access the Auxiliary Links Footer admin, select Manage Queues from your top grey and black admin bar. Then, select Auxiliary Links Footer from the list.

To create/manage your Auxiliary Links Footer:
  1. In the Text field, enter the title of your link/text that you want to display in your Auxiliary Links Footer
  2. Enter the full URL of the page that you are linking to, including the http://. The full URL must be used for all links, including links to pages on your Core Publisher site.
  1. Check the New Window? checkbox so that clicking on the link in the footer will open the page in a new window.
  2. Use the crossed arrows icon to drag and drop your menu items into the desired order as well.
  3. Use the Number of rows field to add new rows the Flexi Menu tablequeue to add new items to your navigation. Enter [the number of links/text that you currently have + the number of links/text that you want to add] into the Number of rows section, and hit the Rebuild button.
  4. Click on the Save Queue button to save your footer once you have added all of your links.
