Salesforce Marketing Cloud: What to do if You're Not Receiving Emails From Salesforce

Emails you send from the system will come from an email address on the domain, following the pattern,

If you can't find the email in your spam folder, spam filtering software on your email server is likely preventing the emails from coming through to you.

Contact your IT Staff and ask them whitelist the NPR domains ( and on you email server in order for you to receive your newsletter emails.
