1. What if I see “no data” in Triton?

Send your stream status URL to analytics@ds.npr.org and we’ll look into it.


2.What if I can’t run reports in Triton?

Configure all streaming logs to roll daily, and the file names should contain the date. Each file is suggested to be less than 1MB. It’s OK to have multiple files for a day. 
If all setting seems correct and you still have trouble pulling report, please send FTP login info and pub points of each stream to analytics@ds.npr.org. 


3. When will Triton launch 2.0 version of Webcast Metrics?

We don’t know it yet, but as soon as a launch date is announced we will communicate this info to stations.
