Marketing Forms: Donors Reporting Their Selected Gift Is Not Recorded on Their Pledge

In recent user testing it came to light that some donors appear to completely miss the "Add to Cart" button when selecting a thank-you gift on our Marketing Forms.  They seem to click on the, "select" link, view the details of the pledge, and overlook the button that will fully select the item.

Our team is aware and has the issue logged to address in the future when we are able to make updates to the overall form design.

In the meantime, some stations have requested we add some help text at the top of the Thank-You gift area to provide more instruction for their donors.

Please submit a ticket if you would like similar text added to your form, including the exact wording you prefer, and the name(s) of the form(s) it should be added to.
