1. What if I see “no data” in Triton?Send your stream status URL to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll look into it.
Configure all streaming logs to roll daily, and the file names should contain the date. Each file is suggested to be less than 1MB. It’s OK to have multiple files for a day.
2.What if I can’t run reports in Triton?
If all setting seems correct and you still have trouble pulling report, please send FTP login info and pub points of each stream to email@example.com.
We don’t know it yet, but as soon as a launch date is announced we will communicate this info to stations.
